The throne room is located in the west-northwest part and once you’re there, Kanai’s soul will wake up and open a separate portal that will take players to a special version of the Cow level.
Simply head to the Immortal Throne in the Ruins of Sescheron in Act III. It’s much easier to unlock this hidden level actually than it is to some of the other secrets you would find inside the game. The developers have hidden a version of the infamous Cow level inside Diablo III and it didn’t take too long for players to discover this awesome easter egg. You might have really enjoyed playing Diablo III and may have likely finished the game by now but did you know there’s one special level in the game that you probably haven’t played it? Some players have discovered a secret Diablo III Cow level which was hidden inside the game by developers to honor the artist who worked on Diablo and World of Warcraft.
